Committees

Executive Committee (2011-2012)

The Executive Committee consists of the Association's national officers, the CEO/Executive Director, the Membership/Regional Cabinet Chair, a representative of the Commission Chairs, and the Community of Practice Council Chair. The Committee may act in place of the Board between Board meetings on all matters except those reserved by the UPCEA Bylaws or Policies and Procedures Manual. The Executive Committee has four scheduled meetings annually in January, April, June and November.

Finance Committee (2011-2012)

The Finance Committee oversees the financial affairs of the Association. It is a committee of the Board composed of the Association's national officers, the CEO/Executive Director, the Membership/Regional Cabinet Chair, a representative of the Commission Chairs, and the Community of Practice Council Chair. It is chaired by the Association Treasurer, Other Committee members are appointed by the President. The Finance Committee meets four times each year.
