Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations at the Seaview Resort and Spa may be made directly with the hotel. Cost is $129 a night, double occupancy, which includes in-room Internet, access to fitness center and indoor pool, tennis and volleyball facilities. Please reserve your room by Sept 10 to receive this special discounted rate. This special conference rate may also be applied to rooms reserved for the 2 nights preceding or following the conference.

Refunds

If your request to withdraw is received at least 15 business days prior to the first day of the conference, we can issue a partial refund. Send your request to Megan Mills at mmills@upcea.edu. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
