Reservations at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans may be made directly with the hotel. Cost is $172 a night, double occupancy, which includes in-room Internet and access to fitness center and indoor pool. Please reserve your room by September 30 to receive this special discounted rate. This special conference rate may also be applied to rooms reserved for the three nights preceding or following the conference.

Reserve your Hyatt Regency hotel room for any of the New Orleans events.

If you prefer to reserve your lodging at the Hyatt Regency by phone, please call 1-888-421-1442 and mention that you are attending a UPCEA event.

Refunds
If your request to withdraw is received before October 19, we can issue a partial refund. Send your request to Megan Mills at mmills@upcea.edu. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. No refunds will be given after October 19.
