All registrations must be received by September 21, 2012. Hotel cutoff date is Wednesday, September 5, 2012. After this date, please call Megan Mills at 202-659-3130 for information about on-site check-in; if space permits, you can register for an additional $50.
UPCEA will confirm your registration via email. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes.
Refunds and Cancellations
If some unforeseen event forces us to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, UPCEA cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies. If your request to withdraw is received at least 15 business days prior to the first day of the conference, we can issue a partial refund. . A $100 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
