In January 2011, UPCEA embarked upon its most ambitious strategic planning process in more than a decade. Based on feedback from membership and from the findings of a comprehensive study by McKinley Marketing, a firm specializing in market research and strategic planning for associations, the planning process has focused on positioning UPCEA as the premier association for institutions offering professional, continuing, and online education.
